When you sign up, we collect your name, business name, phone number, and email address. As you use Buzznity, we store the business data you enter — products, customers, bills, and orders — entirely within your own shop's account.
Your business data is used to run the platform for you — generating invoices, tracking inventory, and processing payments. We do not sell your business data or your customers' data to third parties.
Every shop's data is kept separate from every other shop's — one business never has access to another's customers, bills, or inventory.
Payment processing is handled by the gateway you choose to connect (Paytm, Razorpay, PhonePe, or BharatPe) — we don't store your customers' full payment card details ourselves. WhatsApp messaging, when enabled, is sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business infrastructure.
You can export your business data at any time from your dashboard's Settings, and request full account deletion by contacting support.
