By signing up, you agree to use Buzznity for legitimate business purposes — billing, inventory, and customer management for your own shop. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter, including GST and tax information.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for any staff accounts you create under your shop. Repeated failed login attempts will lock an account for security, with support available to help you regain access.
New shops get a 7-day free trial. After that, continued use requires an active paid subscription at the rate shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
Buzznity may not be used for illegal transactions, fraud, or to send unsolicited bulk messages through the WhatsApp integration. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating these terms.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Buzznity after changes means you accept the updated terms.
